Toptest originated Automatic Test System fixturing & probe business in 1991, and pioneered the Funcional, In-Circult Testing and the ATE fixturing of loaded printed circuit boards in Taiwan. Functional testing is a particular strength within Toptest.

Toptest's designing criteria for the test system are offering the customers the most appliable solution based on custom-build sepcification and cost as follows:

• Industrial standard test platform - MS Windows 7 / XP / 2008 , Mac OS 
• Modularized system hardware - IEEE-488 I/F instruments, PXI, VME, PCI-Bus hardware structure
• System Flexibility - For different UUTs can be met by changing only the program and/or fixture
